If you submit a pre-entry form, please do not fill out another form at the table. These forms will be printed and available at the table. If you fill out another form, you may be entered twice.

To use Pre-Entry Form, please follow below steps:

1. Right click on the Pre-Entry Form

2. Click on "Save Target As" and save the blank pre-entry form to your PC.

3. Open the saved document on your PC and tab through to complete.

4. E-mail your completed document to dees2828@aol.com

Pre-entries must be received by noon on the Friday prior to the rodeo weekend for which you are entering.

Once you are pre-entered you will be responsible for entry fees. If you decide not to attend the rodeo after you've pre-entered you must contact someone and draw out before entry closing time. Once a position is drawn you are entered and any fees forfeited will be due before being eligible to compete at another HOYRA rodeo.
